On Tuesday, December 3rd, 2024, Kaleida Health Public Safety and Emergency Management will close a portion of Ellicott Street for a tree-lighting ceremony and horse-drawn hay rides for patients of Oishei Children’s Hospital. The road will be closed from approximately 1600 to 1800.
