NYS Rural Ambulance Task Force Town Hall Meetings

The New York State Department of Health has organized some Town Hall meetings regarding the NYS Rural Ambulance Task Force.  We are passing information along so those interested in attending the in-person meeting or virtual meetings have the information needed.  In the link below is a flyer with the QR codes to register.  There have been many questions regarding this task force, hopefully some of those questions can be answered during these sessions.

Agency Quality Assurance Programs

Lockport Memorial Hospital Information

Please see the attached regarding the new Lockport Memorial Hospital.  This attachment is a quick reference guide.  EPCR Agency Administrators please take note of the new facility code for the hospital.  Please set this new facility up in your systems using the information provided along with the facility code of H15464; this is very important!  As always, if you have any questions related to Catholic Health, please reach out to a member of their EMS Liaison team.

Lockport Memorial Hospital Disposition/Facility Code for EPCR

Greetings!

We have received a few phone calls and messages regarding the new facility code for the new hospital in Lockport.  At this time, we have yet to receive the new facility code and are expecting the new facility code from NYS within the next 24 hours.  As soon as we receive the new facility code, we will be sure to pass the information along for EMS agencies to enter into their respective EPCR system.
