Today the WREMAC approved a new medication and equipment formulary for agencies to use as a tool when stocking supplies other than what is required in our 800 inspections. The first link below is the WREMAC Medications and the second is the equipment. We do want to add that this is the bare minimum requirement set by the WREMAC. Agencies should gauge higher quantities based on call volume.
