This course will be held at the Erie County Training and Operations Center, 3359 Broadway, Cheektowaga, NY14227

Description: This presentation is about types of burn injuries and pre-hospital treatment. Also learn more about hospital care for burn patients.

This course is free. CME Certificate issued at the end of the night.

Vital Signs EMS Academy aims to meet your educational needs with self-paced, live online classes. You can earn Continuing Medical Education hours. Vital Signs Academy has new content each week for every EMS provider in New York State. You can continue to learn and expand your medical knowledge.

Vital Signs EMS Academy online learning includes content for: CFR, EMT, AEMT, EMT-CC, Paramedic Instructors including CLIs and CICs, Core, Mandatory Non-Core and Non-Core.

Students are responsible for all textbooks and specialty certification costs to include, but not limited to, CPR, PALS, ACLS, and ITLS/PHTLS as applicable. Applicants must meet as well as pass/satisfy all entrance requirements. Both an application and payment for the course are required to secure your spot. We require sufficient time prior to registration to ensure enough instructional staff is available. You will not be allowed to show up on the day of class and participate if you have not previously been registered. SUNY Niagara (NCCC) reserves the right to cancel courses due to insufficient enrollment or other unforeseen circumstances.
