This is a recent message from Catholic Health:
“Mercy Hospital of Buffalo has made the decision to not utilize the key pads for the ambulance ramp entrance or the EMS entrance to the ED to ensure the safety and security of our patients, our visitors, our staff, and the building. Until further notice to access the ambulance ramp and the EMS entrance doors crews will be required to press the security button at both entrances and wait until security permits them access”.
