Last week our WREMAC Chair Dr. O’Brien created a memo for publication regarding transports of 9.41,9.45, and 22.09 patients. There were many phone calls and concerns regarding the previous memo in which Dr. O’Brien planned to release a revision to that Memo. Our office held off on publishing the earlier version. Today Dr. O’Brien released the revised memo, and we ask all agencies and providers who came across the earlier version to disregard that version.
