National EMS Memorial Moving Honors Memorial

Greetings Everyone,

Please see the attached and below as the National EMS Memorial Moving Honors will be coming to Buffalo on Monday July 17th – Tuesday July 18th, 2023.

The National EMS Memorial Moving Honors will be coming to Buffalo, New York as part of this cross-country procession on Monday July 17th, 2023, in the early evening. The exact time will be known as the date gets closer. We are asking for all agencies to come out and show their support for not only Rebecca and James from our hometown but all the past, present and future honorees who have dedicated their life for their fellow man.

A procession will take place from the Angola/Hamburg area to Russell’s where the Moving Honors Team will be staying the night.

Any agency wishing to participate to processional tribute, we are asking for only 1 vehicle from each department,

Fire Department’s – EMS or Chiefs vehicle
EMS Only Agencies – Ambulance, Fly Car, or Supervisor vehicle
Police Department – 1 Police Car
