We’re growing to better serve New York’s EMS community.
As the Division of State EMS grows from a Bureau to a Division, you’ll notice some changes to titles and unit names that reflect our updated organizational structure. Our team members continue to perform the same vital work with the same commitment to the EMS community as before.  If you would like additional information related to the updates as they occur, please visit the State EMS website at
health.ny.gov/ems/

When communicating with the EMS and Trauma Data Support Unit regarding issues related to an individual or group of ePCRs; please do not include Personal Identifying Information (PII) or Protected Health Information (PHI) in your correspondence.  Should you submit PII or PHI, your email will be purged and you will be asked to submit your query again without this information.
