This is a completely remote, paid study opportunity. Any EMS provider 18 years or older, working nights or 24-hour shifts, and providing patient care as their primary EMS duty may be eligible. The study involves one 45-60 minute appointment on Zoom and 6 days of remote monitoring where participants will be asked to complete food logs, wear a continuous glucose monitor and activity monitor. Participants will earn $200 for completing all study protocols.
